Thats why I wont sell high end purses or shoes anymore Bc people pick on those the most as Ive seen from posh friends. Two days later they sent me another email inviting me to view a knockoff bag ( the seller used that term in her description ) and get it while it last. Too many scammers and creeps!! That should have been a red flag. I am so frustrated by PM! Yeah, its all annoying, but that doesnt make the other person a troll, who is deliberately out to crap on your day. maybe a few are , but most of us know what its worth and it is not what you paid for it. Its uncanny! As I type this reply, I feel like Ive had PTSD for the past week. Ive been really happy with their decision-making once I learned I wasnt powerless in the face of a handful of unscrupulous buyers. Guess what I got back? She is claiming I sent a top with iron burn marks! Lol. Also Birkenstock has very strict return policy anyway: take one minute to test them but show no signs of wear. I was new- i agreed. Now I have a lot more control over what Im selling and I dont have to pay Poshmark fees or a 20% commission to anyone. The buyer has to provide photo proof showing how the item does not match the listing description. How is that allowed?! Thank goodness I purchase everything on my American Express and I immediately opened a dispute with them. However, the buyer contacted me and said that the glasses I sold her were scratched. Expecting no problem, when I went to print out the shipping label, THEN Poshmark gives you grief with their idiotic verification process (why they dont do this BEFORE a new Seller posts stuff is beyond me). Ive never been able to understand how people dont see through all this ridiculousness. and offer no information on how these amounts are calculated to be deducted on our behalf. They fail to realize if it wasnt for the sellers they would not exist its not the buyers keeping them afloat. No, I didnt get to take my followers with me, but I put up a notice in my Poshmark closet letting my followers know that my closet had moved to ShopStylaphile.com, so a lot of my customers did follow me over and buy things from my new site. When I contacted them they said that the fine print states you cant use free shipping with referral codes. That looks like a phone number and his responses were in broken English. Yes! Im going nuts. I have photographic proof of how my item was sent and told them I will file with AMEX since they will protect my resale of this bag that I purchased using their card. I find it to be somewhat elitist as well! I have had for the majority nothing but stellar comments on most everything else I have sold and live in fear that Im going to get kicked off of here due to these bogus fradulant people. Even ebay did a better job. I checked my closet, and out of the 9 listings I had, only 3 remain. Your perspective is valued but wait until you get the gutter rats who comment calling you a whore for no reason Bc you declined an offer and explained why and they cuss you out. Especially the high end name brand ? So she then attacks my page commenting on every listing calling me a scammer posting my address for all to see. i purchased them from realreal (who we know is overly cautious about fakes).. buyet is claiming there are ripples in the shoes and put up some ridiculous photos showing nothing.. first, anyone who has worn loubs in very high heels understands that if you wear a heel that high, there is stress on the heel.. i sold a pair that i had resoled and one of the undersides was definitely strained, but repaired.. its a huge haze, i have a dad w dementia and dont feel like dealing w it.. if i simply accept the return without providing pics.. will i be banned from posh?
